Team is highly accredited and holds various certification such as CFA,CVA, CA (Singapore), FRM.
- The team in NAVI had more than 30 years of M&A, valuation and advisory experience and has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific. The team had experience in audit, accounting, investment banking, fund raising and valuation with a balanced and season approach to provide meaningful valuation advise.
- Projects executed include business valuation for M&A, feasibilities studies, project financing transactions, valuation for financial reporting including PPAs, ESOP and impairment test.
- Industries involved includes minerals, oil and gas, professional services, manufacturing, private equity funds, healthcare, TMT, FMCG etc of deal size up to US$5 billion.
- Regional experience include engagements across a number of countries such as China, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Dubai, France, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam
